Realistic Scene (3D rendering of the Clinical Scenario): The 3D reconstruction includes an animated patient and displays a monitor with vital parameters updated in real time. Interactivity (Choice of examinations, therapies, operations…):The simulation evolves in real time based on the diagnostic and therapeutic choices made by the learner and their promptness. Multimedia Content (Images, Videos of Real Examinations): There are real exams (videos, images, and series of images) in order to obtain a high degree of realism to foster learning. Editor (Integral Editing of the Scenario):A user-friendly editor allows extensively modifying the case: the patient’s information, vital signs, exams, up to therapies and operations available to the learner. Custom contents (Inserting your own multimedia content): The editor allows you to simply enrich the amended cases with your media files, such as auscultatory findings within the physical examination. SCORM Compatibility (Integration with LMS): SCORM packages produced by the editor can be inserted and distributed through an LMS (Learning Management System) such as, for example, Moodle, creating a highly interactive online training course. Report (Final report of the execution of the case): After executing each clinical case, a detailed report of the choices made by the learner will be displayed, presenting incorrect and correct actions together with those that are not necessary, based on guidelines and scientific literature. Diversified Settings (ICU patient room, Emergency room, Out of Hospital scenarios, etc.): When constructing the clinical case, you can choose between different intra or extra-hospital settings, furnished in a realistic way and equipped with all the devices useful for managing the patient in that context. Different types of patients (Man / woman, child, adult, senior): The software allows you to select the protagonist of the clinical case among different types of patients available: a child, a senior, an adult, both male or female elderly persons.
